good grief!!! This topic certainly brought forth many comments. Wish we could attend Wed's discussion, but we're not in the area.
Without being too verbose, we totally agree with the brief, concise statement made by "addlip2U" - the current comment section is just fine the way it is, tho some folks tend to get WAY too wordy :-((

Editor, Sedgemo, etc. - PLEASE reread the article. In one place it's called a "loan" and in another place, it is called a "grant." I think one has to pay back a loan, but does NOT pay back a grant. Hopefully, Jack Weinstein can clarify this for us ? ? ? ?

Why was the video coverage of the race on Tues. and Wed. on Versus so AWFUL? Ice on airplane wings? Don't they know about de-icing? Pixilation is no fun to watch!!
Hope our TV coverage on Friday is better...

AMEN to that last statement. City Council needs to relax and realize that Steamboat badly needs this facility. Predicting needs in 10, 15, 20 years from now is almost impossible.
Let's approve this project and start building NOW.

Does anyone know what Medicaid pays to Doak for "level one basic nursing home care?" Probably a good deal less than the $257/day charged to "private pay" patients.
