12:31 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of people being loud in the 2800 block of Trails Edge. Officers issued a verbal warning.

12:35 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a liquor violation in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. A person was cited for attempting to purchase alcohol with a false ID.

1:43 p.m. Colorado State Patrol troopers were called to a report of a hit-and-run on South Chestnut Street in Hayden. When officers tried to pull over the female driver, she fled on U.S. Highway 40 toward Craig and later was arrested, according to a news release from the 14th Judicial District Attorney's Office. The driver has been charged with vehicular eluding, child abuse, reckless endangerment, driving under the influence, driving under suspension and reckless driving. She is being held in Moffat County Jail. Bond has been set at $5,000, and she is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

3:20 p.m Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court.

8:48 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an animal bite. A child was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center after suffering a bite to the face from a dog.

9:20 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an animal bite in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. The victim was returning to his car when a dog escaped another person’s car and bit the victim. The bite broke the skin, and the victim sought medical treatment. Officers took the dog to a shelter to be quarantined.

10:04 p.m. Officers were called to a report of snowmaking guns being too loud in the 2900 block of Trails Edge. A man called officers and said he could not sleep and would break the snowmaking guns if they were not turned off. Officers talked to snowmaking personnel from Steamboat Ski Area, and they turned off the guns.
