The other day on my way home from work, I witnessed, on two separate occasions, cigarette smokers throwing lit cigarettes out of their car windows while driving down the street. I can’t believe that anyone in their right minds would do this given the dry conditions and the fear of fires. It would be great if the Steamboat Pilot & Today could run some ads to remind us all about the fire danger. We don’t want that happening in our beautiful Yampa Valley.
