Scars on 45 concert and Routt County Riders fundraiser

Steamboat Springs — Thanks to an unusually warm spat of weather in March and April, the 2012 cycling season already is well under way. Routt County Riders officially will kick off its season with a fundraising benefit at 8 p.m. Friday at Old Town Pub in Steamboat Springs.
The area trail building and bicycling advocacy group will play host to an event that will include a band and a raffle, offering tickets for $5 for three or $10 for eight. Prizes will come from Moots, Honey Stinger, Kent Eriksen Cycles, Routt County Riders and Fat Tire.
