Frances C. Wither: Preserve courthouse

I read in the paper some time ago they had a woman discussing changes to be made in downtown Steamboat. I hope there will never be any changes made to the yard in front of the courthouse.

I can remember the high fence and flowers around the courthouse. When that was gone, great planning went into the yard that has taken its place.

I came to Steamboat Springs in 1937 to teach school. I got married and still live here. Let's keep the courthouse and its yard as is.
