6:23 a.m. A 91-year-old woman was taken to the hospital from the 800 block of Anglers Drive because she was having trouble breathing.

8:18 a.m. A two-vehicle, minor-injury accident was reported near Central Park Drive and Pine Grove Road. A man told officers he was having neck pain but refused to be taken to the hospital.

9:29 a.m. Animal control officers reportedly freed a cat from a crawl space in the 600 block of Pamela Lane. The cat appeared to be sick but ran away when it was freed.

10:22 a.m. A woman in the 2500 block of West Acres Drive reported receiving peculiar phone calls she thought might have been part of a scam. Officers took a report.

11:09 a.m. A man in the 2900 block of West Acres Drive reported someone stealing his cell phone.

11:34 a.m. A teenage boy reportedly was riding a bike and trying to open car doors in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers could not find the boy.

12:06 p.m. A hotel employee in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court reportedly found a bag of marijuana and a marijuana pipe while he was cleaning a room and called hotel security. When officers arrived, the person staying in the room had returned, and he told officers the marijuana and pipe were his friend's and that his friend must have left it in his room. During a later interview, after police asked the man why he didn't call police when he found his friend's belongings, the man shrugged and told the officers the drugs were his. He was given a citation.

12:18 p.m. A woman on Cortina Lane reported someone stealing her cell phone, wallet and coat.

4:47 p.m. A high school student in the first block of Maple Street reported finding his car with a large crack in the windshield. A report was taken.

6:22 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near 13th Street and Lincoln Avenue.

6:55 p.m. A truck reportedly slid on ice near Walton Creek Road and U.S. Highway 40, striking and knocking down a light pole.

7:17 p.m. A car reportedly rear-ended the truck that hit the light pole.

8:34 p.m. A man suspected of driving under the influence of drugs rear-ended a police patrol car that was parked on the side of the road as the officer took a report about two previous accidents involving a light pole. Colorado State Patrol troopers arrested the driver who ran into the police car on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, possessing psilocybin mushrooms and careless driving. No one was injured in the accidents.

11:30 p.m. Officers cited an underage person for being a minor in possession of alcohol in the 2000 block of Ski Time Square Drive.
