9:30 a.m. A bike was found near the intersection of Chinook Lane and the Yampa River Core Trail. The bike was taken into custody.

2 p.m. A hotel in the 700 block of South Lincoln Avenue was issued a citation for violating a municipal ordinance. The hotel allegedly had stagnant water on the property.

2:59 p.m. Seventeen City Council candidate signs were reported stolen or destroyed.

3:12 p.m. Harassment was reported in the 3000 block of Stone Lane.

3:22 p.m. Theft of a chair and a bike was reported in the 1200 block of Bob Adams Drive. The items were sitting in a driveway.

3:50 p.m. A black Labrador in the 800 block of Broad Street reportedly bit a 14-year-old boy. The bite was said to have broken the skin. Animal control officers are investigating.

3:58 p.m. Juveniles were said to be breaking windows, jumping on and generally trashing a vehicle near the intersection of Fifth Street and Yampa Avenue. It later was learned the owner of the car had given permission for the damage. The car eventually was towed.

4:18 p.m. A laptop was reported stolen in the 300 block of Pine Street.

4:34 p.m. A vehicle at the Mad Creek Trail Head reportedly was broken into.

6:22 p.m. A child abuse case was reported on Tamarack Drive.

10:58 p.m. A woman in the 500 block of Eaglepoint Drive reported that she was receiving harassing phone calls. She said a man kept calling her cell phone and was threatening to kill her. Police are investigating.
